Rotate Image

Rotate or flip images in your browser. Batch supported. Files never leave your device.

Rotation fixes orientation issues that come from scans, phones, or odd export settings. Converterzilla's rotator handles 90°, 180° and 270° rotations plus horizontal and vertical flips, all running on your computer in the Canvas API.

How to use Rotate Image in your browser

  1. Drop your images. Drag images you want to rotate onto the upload area. Same operation applies to every image in the batch.
  2. Pick the angle. Choose 0° (no rotation, just flip), 90° (clockwise), 180° (upside-down) or 270° (counter-clockwise).
  3. Optional: flip. Tick horizontal flip to mirror left-right, vertical flip to mirror top-bottom. Combine with rotation as needed.
  4. Click Rotate. Each image is rendered on a fresh canvas with the chosen transform and downloaded with a descriptive suffix.

Why use Converterzilla for Rotate Image

Lossless geometry

Rotation is just a coordinate-system change at the canvas level. No re-rendering, no quality loss.

Combine operations

Apply rotation + horizontal flip + vertical flip in one pass. Two passes through Canvas isn't needed.

Format-preserving

JPG stays JPG, PNG stays PNG. Format conversion is handled by our JPG ↔ PNG tool.
