Excel to PDF is the right tool when you want a financial report, invoice or schedule to look the same for every recipient. Converterzilla's converter will read .xls, .xlsx and .csv files and produce a PDF that respects your print area, page breaks and orientation.

How Excel to PDF will work once it ships

This tool isn't live yet — the steps below describe the planned experience, not something you can do today.

  1. Drop your spreadsheet. Upload a .xls, .xlsx or .csv file. We read all sheets unless you specify a single one.
  2. Pick a page strategy. Choose Fit-to-page, Wide tables stay wide (multi-page horizontally), or Honor existing print area.
  3. Generate the PDF. Each sheet becomes its own page section. Print headers, frozen rows and cell formatting are preserved.
